'denota' is a pipeline translator for Eden. It implements a "moding"
feature for Eden, by taking statements about the intended mode of Eden
variables (eg "c = abst list;") and outputting Eden statements which
are interpreted by the Eden which the denota process is connected to
via the pipeline. [Ash]
