This is the Virtual Electrical Laboratory (VEL), constructed by Chirag Sheth and
Hansel Paul D'Ornellas - both MSc students 97/98. The VEL was developed for teaching elementary
electronics in a classroom environment. It exploits all 4 communications mode in dtkeden, while the
teacher (sit on the server) has the full control of how the experiment is carrying out. The GUI of the VEL
was developed by Sheth, and the underlying spreadsheet-like electronic components simulation was
developed by D'Ornellas. See README for details. [Eric]
